Our Story
Founded with a passion for preserving Puerto Rican culture through modern electronic music, Boricua House Records was created to bridge the rich heritage of the Boricua people with the global language of dance music.
Inspired by the rhythms of Puerto Rico, the spirit of the Taíno ancestors, and the energy of the underground club movement, DJ Conjir created the label to channel cultural authenticity into cutting-edge electronic music — and to build a home for that sound.
From the streets of Puerto Rico to dance floors around the world, the label represents more than music — it represents identity, community, and the enduring heartbeat of Boricua culture.
The Philosophy
Every record starts with a single question: what is the bass trying to say? Not what's trending. Not what synth to reach for. The bass is the narrator — every other instrument must earn its place in that conversation.
